Sambhar Masala MDH
This authentic spice mix from MDH allows you to create a tasty sambhar in your own home.
For a truly aromatic dish, use cooked lentils and a mixture of vegetables such as eggplants, potatoes, peas or cauliflower.
It should be quite spicy for a true Indian flavor, it should also contain a lot of green chillies.
Traditionally, it is served with a variety of snacks, including idli and dosai.
