1. Mix the contents of the package with 340 ml of water. Mix until smooth and put aside
for 5 min.
2. Lubricate the flat pan with grease. Pour a portion of the mass into a cold pan. Spread the dough in a circular motion. Fry on medium flame.
3. Drizzle with oil and fry until golden.
4. Before frying another one, cool the pan and remove excess oil. Fry more pies.
We get 8 pies from the mass. Serve with sambhar or chutne.
Ingredients: rice flour, lentil flour, salt, raising agents: E-500ii sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, fenugreek powder, acidity regulator, E-262 sodium acetate.
