Ingredients: coriander, turmeric, cumin, chili, fenugreek leaves, mustard seeds,
salt, black pepper, peas, cumin, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, dried ginger, asafoetida, nutmeg flower.
Preparation instructions:
Wash and dress 500 g of vegetables such as eggplants, drumsticks, marrow, potatoes, peas, cauliflower, etc.
• Boil 200 g of dal toast in 800 ml of water for 40 minutes. Stop the water.
• Meanwhile, soak 50g of tamarind in 100ml of warm water for 30 minutes and extract the pulp. Sift and transfer to cooked dal.
• Separately fry 100g of coarsely chopped red onion and 100g of chopped tomatoes.
• Add vegetables, 20g Sambhar Masala, salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
• Add boiled dal and cooking water and cook for 20 minutes.
