MDH Pakora masala is a spice blend of various authentic Indian spices, which is extensively used in Indian kitchens for making spicy Pakora. MDH Pakora masala can also be used for fried lentil savory and making onion bhaji.

Ingredients: coriander, white salt, chilli, dry mango, cumin, fenugreek leaves, Bishop's weeds, black salt, dry ginger, black pepper, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, mace.
Dish Preparation Instructions:
Make a gram flour (250g) batter with 3 chopped red onions (200g), MDH Pakora Masala (25g), salt (5g), baking soda (1/2 tsp) and water (250ml). The batter should be thick uniform. Heat ½ litres cooking oil in a deep frying pan, then gently fry spoonfuls of the batter until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oil and drain well, blotting any excess oil.
Serve warm with MDH Podina Chutney.
