Ingredients: coriander, cumin, chilli, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, fenugreek leaves, salt, nutmeg, dried ginger, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, bay leaves, peas, dill, cumin, mustard, garlic flakes, onion flakes, knob flower nutmeg, green cardamom, asafoetida.
Preparation instructions:
Grind 15g. ginger, 6 cloves of garlic, 15g. almonds cooked and with the skin, 15g. coconut powder and a small amount of water to form a paste in the grinder. Heat 50 g of olive oil in a frying pan and fry 100 g. chopped onions in it until light golden. Add the paste and fry for 5 minutes. Then add 20g. Curry Masala meat and fry for 2 minutes. Add 120g. natural yogurt poured in a small amount at a time. Add 60g. tomato puree and salt to taste. Mix for 3-4 minutes. Add 700g. pieces of mutton and brown them, turning them over medium heat from time to time. Finally, add 250 ml. hot water. Cover and simmer. Add more water if needed and cook for about 45 minutes. or until it is delicate.
