Pappad goes perfectly as an appetizer with various additions, e.g. chopped onion, tomatoes, green chutney; as a healthy snack between meals or as an addition to dishes, e.g. for biryani, pulao or curry.

A method of preparing:

Deep fry for a few seconds on both sides, or microwave for about 60 seconds.
